Medals/Ribbons/Honors:

DFA "Ace of the Year"
This honor recognizes the DFA member who has shown the greatest loyalty and skill throughout the year.
It is given to the DFA member who achieves the lowest overall arena ranking and
was a member of DFA for the entire calendar year.

Certified Fighter Pilot (CFP)
This honor recognizes DFA members who have successfully flown 20 different models of fighters while scoring at least a 2:1 kill ratio.

Medal of Honor
The highest medal DFA can award to a member.  Rarely awarded, the Medal of Honor
 is given to those who have gone to the extremes of  longstanding dedication and superior service.

Distinguished Service Medal
Awarded to members who have a history (at least one year) of dedication and superior service.

Outstanding Leadership Medal
Awarded to members have demonstrated effective leadership qualities.  Given to those who have 
demonstrated a positive attitude and/or taken on additional duties such as running squad nights.

#1 Arena Medal
Difficult to achieve, this medal is awarded to any member who has reached the #1
overall arena ranking at the end of a campaign.

#1 Ranking in Fighter/Bomber/Attack/Vehicle Medal
Also difficult to achieve, this medal is awarded to any member who has attained
a #1 arena ranking in either the Fighter, Bomber, Attack, or Vehicle/Boat category.

Top Ten Arena Medal
This medal is awarded to any member who has attained an overall arena ranking 
in the top ten at the end of a campaign.

Top Ten Ranking in Fighter/Bomber/Attack/Vehicle Medal
This medal is awarded to any member who has attained an overall arena ranking in the top ten 
in either the Fighter, Bomber, Attack, or Vehicle/Boat category.

Silver Star
The Silver Star medal shall be given to members who rank 100 or lower in fighters. This medal is awarded to DFA members who are truly “elite” in fighters. Must have flown at least 25 "Fighter" missions.

Distinguished Flying Ribbon
The Distinguished Flying ribbon shall be awarded to members who achieve a fighter rank from 250 to 101. Members who earn this ribbon have advanced to the next level and demonstrated superior fighter skills. Must have flown at least 25 "Fighter" missions.

Air Medal Ribbon
The Air Medal ribbon shall be awarded to those members who achieve a fighter rank in the range of 500 to 251. DFA members who earn this ribbon will have demonstrated good basic fighter skills – they are quite capable in a fighter. Must have flown at least 25 "Fighter" missions.

Top 25 Arena Ribbon
This medal is awarded to any member who has attained an overall arena ranking 
in the top 25 at the end of a campaign.

Top 25 Ranking in Fighter/Bomber/Attack/Vehicle Ribbon
This medal is awarded to any member who has attained an overall arena ranking in the top 25 
in either the Fighter, Bomber, Attack, or Vehicle/Boat category.

Outstanding GV Ribbon
Awarded to members who have demonstrated superior ground vehicle skills.

Outstanding Bomber Ribbon
Awarded to members who have demonstrated superior bombing skills.

Outstanding Wingman Ribbon
Awarded to members who have demonstrated superior wingman skills.

Outstanding Gunner Ribbon
Awarded to members who have demonstrated superior gunning skills.

POM #1 K/D Ratio Ribbon
Awarded to the members who have achieved the highest squad kill to death ratio for a Plane of the Month.
Member must have also scored a minimum of 50 kills.

POM 100 Plus Kills Ribbon
Awarded to the members who have achieved 100 or more kills in any Plane of the Month.

POM 50 Plus Kills Ribbon
Awarded to the members who have achieved 50 or more kills in any Plane of the Month.
