Friends/Family:
My dad (willis H. Gallop III) age 85 is a retired captain in the air force and was a nav/bombardier in a B 17. Shot down March 17 1945 and was a prisoner of war till the wars end. My dads uncle the late Major Harold Marcellus Gallop was the holder of pilot card # 2 of the Lafayette Escadrille and was the commander of the Ninetieth Areo Squadron in the first world war. Ya I know it blows me away too! I have never served in any branch but my family's service goes back to the american revolution. Guess I'm just a CHAIRBOURN RANGER and that's that!
